Do I need coding or design experience?
No. You describe what you want in plain language. The AI writes production-ready code, deploys it, and lets you make changes through conversation. Zero technical skills required.
How do credits and builds work?
Each time the AI makes changes and deploys your site, it uses 1 build credit. Free accounts get 2 builds/month. Pro gets 10/month (or 100/year). You can also buy credit packs — purchased credits never expire.
Can I edit my site after it is built?
Yes! Just go to your site in the dashboard and open the AI Builder chat. Describe what you want to change — the AI reads your existing code, makes the edit, and redeploys automatically.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Pro plan users can connect their own domain (e.g., www.mybusiness.com) with automatic SSL certificate provisioning. We handle all CloudFront and DNS configuration — you just add a CNAME record.
What happens if a build fails?
The system automatically detects the error, feeds it back to the AI, and deploys a fix. Most failures resolve without any manual intervention — this is the self-healing build system.
Do contact forms and signups actually work?

Does SiteLive take a cut of my sales?
No. Each merchant connects their own UPI ID or payment link, so customers pay you directly. SiteLive never holds, aggregates, or settles your money — there are no per-transaction fees from us.
Can I collect advance or booking payments?
Yes. In Store settings you can require a fixed advance (e.g. ₹200) or a percentage (e.g. 20%) — ideal for cakes, dresses, custom orders, and bookings. The storefront shows a Pay Advance button alongside Pay Full Amount.
